The Parkwood Hills neighborhood is on Madison’s near west side. Our neighborhood covers an area south of Old Sauk Rd, west of South Yellowstone Drive/Grand Canyon Drive, east of Gammon Road/Acadia Drive, and north of Mineral Point Road.
The neighborhood is made up of residential housing and borders the 93-acre Owen Conservation Park (home to 3.4 miles of trails, cross-country ski trails, and three wildlife ponds). Parkwood Hills is the only Madison neighborhood walkable to all three public schools (elementary, middle, and high school). The Lussier Community Center is also within walking distance.
The Parkwood Hills Neighborhood Association exists to advocate, inform, and enhance our neighborhood while organizing quality social activities.
The association does not mandate any HOA restrictions or covenants and neighborhood dues are voluntary.
Strategic Plan
Vision – To maintain and enhance the Parkwood Hills quality of life and its reputation as one of the most desirable places to live in the City of Madison.
